Shipping
Head over to our shipping page for all shipping rates!
We send all UK orders from our Northampton, UK warehouse.
We send all EU orders from our Venlo, Netherlands warehouse.
We send all orders to NZ, Australia, Japan, Canada, USA and the rest of the world from our HQ in Auckland, New Zealand.
Yes! We ship to most countries in the world! We have warehouses in New Zealand, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
We have most of the globe covered, but if we don’t ship to your country, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
All orders to NZ, AUS, UK, EU & USA are shipped inclusive of duties and taxes. No additional charges will be incurred.
International customers may be required to pay duties and taxes on their order by their local customs authority. This is particularly relevant for customers in Canada.
For customers residing outside of NZ, AUS, UK, EU and USA: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Our prices do not include duties and taxes and we are unable to collect these at checkout.

We will send your order same business day or next business day! Please note that during holiday periods, we may experience delays of up to 24-48 hours!
Head over to our shipping page for delivery targets. Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary slightly, particularly around holidays etc.
We will send you your tracking link via email once your order has been shipped! If you don't receive an email, chances are you may have entered the wrong email address. Contact us to resolve this.

Sorry to hear! Most of the time, this is just a short delay. Keep an eye on your tracking number, and contact the courier company handling your order directly to receive an update/resolution on your shipment. We use the following couriers:
Courier Post (NZ Domestic)
NZ Post (International Standard)
DHL (International Express)
Payment
We currently accept payments via Debit/Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay.
We have covered most bases, but if you don’t see your preferred payment method, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
Sustainability
We package all items in either compostable mailers, or recyclable boxes (depending on the product). Our shipping labels are also compostable.
We offset the carbon emissions of each shipment via Shopify Planet - a program with multiple carbon sequestering initiatives. You can read more about Shopify Planet here.

Ah, sorry to hear that! Our products do sell out quickly sometimes! There is a small chance that we might restock this product it in the future! Please get in touch to see if we will do so!
